Description Robert Half is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager for our client near USA Parkway. The ideal candidate is a experienced accounting detail oriented proficient in financial principles, they play a pivotal role in overseeing various accounting procedures and offering insights on financial matters. Their responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including maintaining the general ledger, conducting account reconciliations, contributing to budgeting and closing processes, conducting internal audits, reviewing financial statements, preparing reports, facilitating external audits and budgeting activities, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, they collaborate with the Controller, responding to management inquiries and audit requests, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

To excel in this role, the Assistant Accounting Manager must possess a keen understanding of general ledger maintenance and adhere to GAAP standards meticulously. They must exhibit sound work ethics, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management abilities, and independent problem-solving skills. A consistent record of attendance and a proactive approach to addressing challenges are essential traits. Operating in a dynamic environment demands a sense of urgency coupled with superior internal customer service.
