Summary:

 Lead the optimization efforts of the company using its ERP and ancillary systems. This person has a holistic view of business operations and how these operations align with ERP systems functionality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Develop, plan, and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determines scope of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system. Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration. Creates system guidelines and manuals for the organization. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on system processes. Conduct regular audits of systems and generation of reports to both ensure standard practices and identify areas of improvement. Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Control solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with software engineers. Ensure operations by training personnel, providing support for ERP related processes as the key point of contact for ERP users. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
