FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Benefits and Incentives $5,000 sign-on bonus (qualifying external candidates) Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (depending on the distance of move) Tuition assistance (100% of tuition and fees or up to $5,250) Incentive pay and shift differentials Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and 403(b) with employer contribution Generous paid time off to support work/life balance Position Summary The Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care and chronic disease management patients. The incumbent uses a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions and excellent communication skills to work within a primary care/chronic disease management team setting with limited supervision; documents treatment/communication in keeping with department standards and keeps current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill client's needs. Requirements Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligibility for licensure upon hire Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $35.15 - $50.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
