Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Spokane, Washington, United States. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, managing a diverse set of administrative tasks. Your primary duties will include handling customer interactions, maintaining an organized front desk and processing mail and packages.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in effective customer service through phone calls and face-to-face interaction at the front desk

• Direct visitors appropriately within our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment

• Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, while notifying the respective residences

• Maintain a proficient knowledge of our leasing software and processes, providing assistance as required

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant software for various administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as per requirements

• Uphold a high level of organization at the front desk to guarantee smooth operations

• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

• Ensure timely and detail oriented email correspondence with various stakeholders

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing necessary information and assistance. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in data entry, able to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace.

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, able to manage emails, contacts, and calendars efficiently.

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create and edit presentations as required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, able to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
