Diamond Parking Service Area Manager in Spokane, Washington

Area Manager, Spokane The Area Manager is a key management position charged with managing the day-to-day functions of a multi-unit operation. Essential Functions (include but are not limited to): 1. Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded in regard to on-time delivery of services and quality of work. 2. Manages budgets and controls expenses effectively. 3. Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard company operating procedures. 4. Manages, trains and coaches employees to develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction. 5. Oversees equipment maintenance and technology troubleshooting. 6. Review pricing and market conditions to maximize profits. Requirements: Previous experience managing multiple locations. Must have the ability to multi-task and establish priorities. Previous P&L responsibility. Demonstrate ability to lead people and get results through others. Strong problem solving and mediation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook business software. Previous management experience in one of the following fields is preferred; retail, hospitality, airline service field or restaurant industry. This position requires driving to locations and a candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation to perform duties.
