JLL Associate Construction Project Manager in Spokane, Washington

Position Overview Provides construction project management services on assigned JLL client projects, providing superior client service.Be capable of working autonomously and comfortable being the "Owners" representative. Candidate should have good negotiating skills. Ideally the candidate will have a degree in Construction or Architecture. Essential Functions Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss deliverables, schedules, and conflicts Maintain project master trackers and generate periodic reporting from the information Access real estate information from multiple systems to communicate existing site conditions to vendors at project setup Assist in managing a large volume of same-scope projects across the JLL portfolio Assist in coordinating work efforts between prime vendors, designers, those with compliance oversight Managing budgets and schedules at individual project levels while meeting program level completion goals Meeting client metrics for On Time-On Budget and for closeout completion Continually seeking process improvement Assist the project team on projects and assignments Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment. Assist in developing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects May conduct and document project specific weekly meetings, prepare/update project status reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials Coordinate activities of vendors (GC, A&E, Furniture, Specialty Vendors, etc.) to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures May manage small renovation projects. Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Proactive, meets client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Support the Program Manager and the overall program team by: Working with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to develop and revise program processes. Monitor the program team's compliance with established process. Assist in tracking general contractor interest in bidding projects and assist the Program Manager in finding and qualifying new preferred general contractors Manage the communication of new project starts to the internal team by updating the program tracker based on client project pipeline information. Procurement planning, receiving and inventory management Manage local site communications associated with project. Manager project documentation file repository. Support visitor management and coordinate contractor access requirements. Support project reporting and presentation development. Assist in the tracking or project and program financials using JLL systems. Maintaining project records in JLL's web-based project management system Cultivating and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders Aid with the overall program management as required Skillset Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly Highly organized with strong analytical skills Proactive with the ability to work independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team members as needed Familiar with working within established process to provide uniform deliverables and performance Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals. Ability to establish trust and report with key stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field A minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience Ability to multi-task within a team structure and independently High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
