About The Role POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for BSA duties distributed to divisions as well as with CBSAT on centralized functions. Interacts and cooperates with and assists the Corporate BSA Team (CBSAT) in the performance of all functions necessary to maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering and OFAC requirements. Adheres to all GBCI policies and procedures. The position is responsible for establishing and managing the divisions security procedures and protocols to protect staff, customers and facilities against robbery and other criminal acts. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITES AND DUTIES: Division BSA Responsibilities; Review Clients for CIP, ADD, CDD, and EDD. Distribute exception reports to applicable division staff for corrective action. Follow-up to assure corrections are made. Work with CBSAT to investigate transactions that are suspicious in nature. Assist with reviews of High Risk Customers, and any other client designated as requiring additional monitoring. Act as a conduit between CBSAT and the division customer in regard to: Initial CTR exemptions and annual reviews. MSB reviews and revocations. Assure OFAC reviews are completed for new accounts and division transactions. Perform job functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures, federal and state rules and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules. Keep management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems. Provide superior internal and external customer service: must demonstrate self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers (all organization personnel). Represent Wheatland Bank in a professional manner which includes a professional image, confidentiality, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs. Keep work area tidy and maintain customer privacy. Attend and participate in meetings as required. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job in order to accomplish, among other things, accessibility to front line employees. Assist with Red Flags identity theft program. Assist with fraud prevention Additional duties as requested or assigned. Business Continuity and Security In coordination with the Business Continuity Coordinator, reviews the divisions' BCP Toolkit at least annually and updates the BCP Toolkit when there are material changes to the division items. In coordination with the Business Continuity Coordinator, ensures all staff are versed on the BCM program elements. This includes GBCI employees who are housed in a division facility (unless the facility is expressly covered by the GBCI BCP Toolkit). Participates in periodic BCP Check-in calls conducted by the GBCI BCM Program Administrator. In coordination with the Business Continuity Coordinator, conducts annual testing and walkthroughs as assigned by the GBCI BCM Program Administrator with critical team members. Reminds managers the benefits of ensuring staff are cross trained for their division's departments or key business functions. In coordination with Division IT staff, ensures alarm systems are working properly and are tested monthly Assists and coordinates request for video surveillance when needed for law enforcement Security Training for each location is completed on an annual basis Daily security operation standards are followed including: Opening/Closing Procedures Teller Stations cash limit are adhered to New account Station standards are met Night depository is maintained under dual control Visitor Identification including access to secure areas are adhered to Bait Money is maintained and requested Cash limits including TRC are within the division limits Key and Combination req
