Description Where you will work: For over 40 years, Manchester Industries, a Clearwater Paper Company, has demonstrated a passion for providing packaging and paperboard solutions to our customers. With a total of fourteen precision sheeters, three slitter rewinders, five guillotines, and four carton packing lines, we have the capacity to produce over 170,000 tons of finished product for the marketplace. We maintain an average daily inventory of over 16,000 tons to meet the demands of our customers providing "Just in Time" service for customer needs. The Manchester Industries Richmond, Virginia location is located in the capital city of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Richmond has become a bustling metropolitan city while still maintaining it's history and charm. Just 90 miles south of Washington, D.C. and 40 miles west of Williamsburg, Richmond offers exciting opportunities for travel. Richmond is located along the banks of the beautiful James River and home to numerous historic districts. What you will do: Quality Claims and Audit Support Record all claims into master spreadsheet Provide claims reporting Process credits from vendors Process credits to customers Ensure claims information is captured timely and accurately Track and follow up on claims Support the administration of reporting systems, including weekly and monthly quality reports May provide regular reports on customer feedback trends to Claims Manager and Operations Managers Work with quality/supply chain/purchasing team to support the identification, design, and implementation of improvements to systems, processes, procedures, documents, etc. Process rebates to customers, credits for return skids, or charges for storage accordingly Cost adjust material when credits are received from vendors Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) when approved by management Apply return freight costs to returned material when applicable May interact and communicate with suppliers and production crews to give and receive quality-related feedback Inventory Update Pricing file in ERP Update Vendor Contract information in ERP Update/Close Open PO's accordingly May assist with monthly cycle counts Perform back-up responsibilities for logistics/inventory plant personnel Waste Shipment Management Track all waste shipments for the organization May reconcile billing/credit activity for all sites to monitor waste management efforts and efficiencies Audit Support May assist the Inventory Control Coordinator with coordinating customer visits, audits, surveys which may include annual certification activities Establish and maintain standards and documentation records Prepare related documentation, including maintenance of outsourcing documentation, audit documentation and confirmations Key Competencies & Attributes Character: Ability to work with a
