Northwest Farm Credit Services Infrastructure Analyst in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of an Infrastructure Analyst I or Infrastructure Analyst II to join our Infrastructure and Operations department in Spokane, Washington or Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Director, Infrastructure Services and is primarily responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of networks, video conferencing, voice systems, and Windows endpoints. Additional responsibilities include support and training/adoption activities. This role collaborates with coworkers, technology vendors, product owners, IT security and business departments to deliver business value. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Rocklin, California is: Level l: $59,000 - $89,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary. Level ll: $72,000 - $109,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary. The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level l: $51,000-77,000, bonus at target is 8% of salary. Level ll: $63,000-95,000, bonus at target is 10% of salary. Job Requirements Perform system administration tasks across IT infrastructure technologies including but not limited to endpoint hardware, software, audio/video, and SaaS tools either directly or via managed service providers. Participate in network monitoring and management, including local area and wireless networks (LANs/WLANs), voice services, and data circuits either directly or via managed service providers. Provide Tier 2 support to Service Desk, escalating to managed service providers or vendors as required. Perform troubleshooting of low to moderately complex issues relative to application and infrastructure components, often requiring coordination with multiple managed service providers. Provide technical subject matter expertise and training for digital workplace technologies to Tier 1 service desk staff and line-of business employees. To ensure stability and security of technology environment, will participate in systems administration as well as timely patching of endpoints and infrastructure components. Follow infrastructure configuration and operating standards in coordination with IT colleagues. Develop a strong working knowledge of AgWest business practices products and key systems. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Generally requires 1-2 years of IT support experience Working knowledge of Windows architecture, Active Directory, networking, and related security features working knowledge of IP networking, network equipment, and troubleshooting techniques Business acumen coupled with good technology and understanding and awareness Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills Preferred Requirements Experience troubleshooting network services, specifically DHCP DNS, and NTP Experienc
