Schedule: Candidates will need open availability and MUST have weekend and holiday availability.

The Specialty line cookis responsible formaintainingand setting up food productionand quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks,seasoningsand all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Responsible formaintainingquality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs andmaintainsthe quality of presentation for all food items.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.75.
