Northwest Farm Credit Services Loan Processor in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Loan Processor, internally known as Loan Specialist, to join our Credit Resolution department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Director, Credit Resolution and is accountable for providing support to service distressed accounts and/or high-profile loans. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level I: $38,000 - $55,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Level II: $42,000 - $63,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Level III: $46,000 - $69,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Job Requirements Perform routine credit activities and provide administrative support and effective customer service through loan servicing, the extension of sound, constructive credit, and related services. Assist the account team in completing financial and loan input documents, verifying customer information, and completing credit investigations and analysis for review and action by risk management. Comply with closing requirements and disbursements; book and certify loans within authorities. Respond to customer inquiries and process customer transactions including checks and receipts, future payment funds, etc. Perform intermediate to advanced administrative functions that include but are not limited to utilizing the MS Office 365 suite and establishing and maintaining files in a digital format. Ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality. Ensure appropriate information security protocols are followed in order to prevent unauthorized transactions. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
