• Plan, track, and ensure all aspects of project deliverables are progressing according to specifications and timelines

• Communicate project information across various functional areas, support functions, and alliance partners

• Create, update, and maintain project documents

• Facilitate and document outcomes of team meetings, ensuring meetings have a clear purpose and objectives and identify the major talking points.

• Follow up with relevant stakeholders ensuring all actions items are completed

• Proactively identify and resolve risks, conflicts, inter-dependencies and project issues quickly and efficiently.

• Follow issues through to resolution and ensure all key stakeholders are informed of outcomes

• Minimum of an Associates Degree

• 7-10 years experience in project management, specifically in a scientific industry

• MS Office Suite, experience with Confluence a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guideline

• Highly organized and capable of working with attention to detail

• Functions well under pressure and in a changing environment

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm  with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
