ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant I in Spring, Texas

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the administrative support team, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer service mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: 20.00

PART TIME POSITION - 16 hours per week

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual.

  • Handle typing, filing, answering phones, and scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate record keeping and coordinate meetings and conferences.

  • Assist in obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.

  • Work on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

What's Needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.

  • Strong administrative coordination abilities.

  • Customer service experience.

  • A proactive approach to multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
