Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Nurse Manager - OR & Pain Management (ASC) in Spring, Texas

Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager Operating Room/Pain Management provides leadership in daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain, and Central Sterile Processing Department, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, and AAAHC standards for ambulatory surgical facilities. Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, ASC Director, Clinical-Quality Manager, other Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators, ASC Business Office Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $ 103,683 - $128,060 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: BSN or 5 years of management experience

Preferred: MSN preferred

Experience

Required: 5 years clinical experience in OR.

Minimum 2 years management experience

Preferred: Ambulatory Surgery Center

License(s)

Required: BCLS, ACLS within one year of hire date, Texas RN

Preferred: N/A

Special Skills

Required: Computer skills; working knowledge of Word and Power Point

Preferred: N/A

Other

Required: Previous AAAHC preparation experience

Preferred: CNOR certification

Working Environment: Office, ASC
