Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an individual with 10-15 years commercial building design/production experience for our Northwest Arkansas team in Springdale. Responsible for the overall management of construction projects to administrate the contract documents. Keep the client informed of the progress and quality of work being performed by the contractor. Responsible for forecasting project costs and providing accurate cost estimates for architectural and engineering projects at various phases of design based on the design information at that phase. MCASES estimating experience a plus. Develop and maintain a cost database of projects. Manages construction projects to administrate the contract documents. BS degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
