Adecco US, Inc. Distribution Administrator in Springdale, Arkansas

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Distribution Administrator in Springdale, AR!

Pay: $19 - $20/hr (dependent on experience

Shift: Mon – Fri, 7a-4p pr 730a-430p

Note: This is in-office, onsite. No other options available.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Manual expensing of freight and any accessorial charges on Rail and Ocean bills of ladings

  • Auditing carrier invoices and approving authorized amounts for payment

  • Providing clerical support to outside carriers in resolving balance dues

  • Other duties include, the reconciliation and audit of all assigned Rail, Ocean, Bulk Carrier, CFS and Freight Forwarder outstanding charges and balance due statements which requires complex research and intermediate Excel skills

Education or certificate requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of clerical experience

  • Previous transportation, supply chain, and data collection or analysis a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
