Job Details:

This position is responsible for inventory control in the maintenance shop, as well as receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Currently Hiring for B shift Schedule:

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; 6pm-6am.
  • Wednesday; 6pm-midnight

Duties:

  • Ability to grasp, grip, twist, pull bend and stoop for 12-hour shifts.
  • Must be willing to individually lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively through your shift and 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance from others.
  • Tech will be walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling in all types of weather.

Requirements:

  • Computer: General knowledge of computers and E-mail systems (Microsoft office experience preferred).

  • Recognize and document equipment ID numbers, mileage readings and signage.

  • Document part numbers on log sheets and work orders, track parts usage.

  • Valid driver\'s license and safety toed foot ware are required.

  • Must have 3-month work history in past 6 months listed on application

* Prior Tyson team members are eligible to apply after completing a 180-day rehire waiting period.
