  What you’ll be doing: 

• Maintain working relationships with vendors, sales, warehouse associates, coordinators, service department and install department.

• File all warranty claims within the company’s minimum requirements with vendor in a timely manner.

• Order all warranty parts for HVAC Install Warranty Department.

• Maintain the bins that warranty parts are staged; ensure all parts are labeled correctly and disposed of and/or returned to vendor in a timely fashion.

• Ensure technicians follow appropriate process for warranty requests.

• Work closely with managers and technicians as needed for claim information.

• Provide accurate and expedient availability and timelines of warranty parts.

• Maintain positive attitude with co-workers.

• Familiar with the Purchase Order Process and assists in creating for in-house part ordering and in-field technician pick up for materials and parts.

• Foster and maintain excellent relations between Paschal and Vendors.

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails and respond in a courteous and professional manner.

• Participate in training as prescribed by management.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• All other duties as assigned.
