Job Details:

Summary: This position is responsible for the support, launch and learner experience of development programs for executive level leadership positions in support of the business and talent enablement strategy. This role requires cross functional collaboration and engagement with all levels of the organization to provide content and educate on the talent enablement processes while also identifying ongoing areas of focus and opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the talent development strategy for executive leadership that will meet and serve the current and future workforce goals
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning programs
  • Develop supporting communication documentation and platforms for development program administration and launches
  • Collaborate with internal resources and key business partners to ensure long term strategic talent development processes are visible enterprise-wide
  • Partner with external vendors and provide guidance and support in building and maintaining programs that are fully integrated in Tyson\'s long term strategic talent development processes
  • Execute assessment and development processes based on the established strategy and cadence
  • Support and deliver key metrics and data to support development efforts and continually drive improvements of programs offered
  • Promote collaborative work environment embodying the vision to create development programs that are innovative and keep the executive workforce ready for the future while successfully addressing business needs
  • Leverage best practice approaches and research innovative solutions as part of program design, management and delivery

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 5 years of talent management and or recruiting experience

Computer skills: Strong computer skills, applicant tracking system experience, strong sourcing capabilities

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence

Travel: Minimal
