Adecco is looking for a dedicated general assistant to join our team on a Temp-to-Hire basis in Springfield, IL. The primary responsibility of the associate will be to train with the Assistant Manager and Manager of the department to become proficient in the functions of the corporate and register agent group, as well as the various applications utilized. • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Train with department managers to understand the functions and processes of the corporate and register agent group.

• Accept and upload service of process for all register agent clients accurately and promptly.

• Review and become familiar with state corporation filing procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

• Utilize the directory of agents and the combined search and filing matrix to assist in the completion of orders.

• Communicate with clients regarding order status and provide basic explanations of departmental products and services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

• Proficiency in using computer applications and an ability to learn new software quickly.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
