About the Role:

Our company is growing, and we believe that our team is the key to our success! We are looking for a motivated, strategic, and people-first Clinical Team Lead to oversee our clinical field staff and to ensure compliance and ethics across their assigned region.

This position is an office-based role supporting field staff throughout the region. This role could physically sit in Braintree, Sturbridge or Fall River, wherever is most convenient for the candidate.

Region: South of Boston, Central Massachusetts and Greater Springfield.

Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead Essential Functions:

• First point of contact for field staff to escalate client concerns

• Oversees clinical service delivery and compliance

• Reviews weekly/monthly reports and escalates any trends or concerns to manager

• Documentation compliance oversight

• Oversees scheduling

• Manages care teams--caseload number and regions

• Oversees New Hire Orientation schedule for new hires

• Monitors and tracks KPI's

• Perform other tasks as needed or assigned

Registered Nurse Clinical Team Lead Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Required*

• RN Massachusetts license Required*

• Fluency in both English & Spanish Preferred*

• 1-3 years management experience

• 5+ Years experience in clinically treating patients, with a proven success track record

• Experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff

• Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed

• Previous experience in home health care or other branch of health care preferred
