Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supply management
Provide exceptional customer service as a receptionist, greeting visitors and handling phone calls
Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging facilities, equipment, and catering
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other important communications
Maintain and update resource materials for service line staff
Assist with administrative record keeping and data entry
Process office bills, invoices, and maintain financial records as needed
Support colleagues by training them on office equipment usage
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
Contribute to office upkeep and maintain a pleasant working environment
Assist with program service authorizations and client tracking, if applicable
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, social services, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in clerical/administrative support or related field preferred
Advanced skills in computing, including databases, web browsers, email interfaces, and MS Office products highly desirable
Additional Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
Must successfully complete a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect check, and fingerprint check
Ability to complete New Hire Orientation and all required training, including annual Relias training
