Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently utilize analytic tools and programming languages to handle complex tasks and situations

  • Create and maintain custom data tables

  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks and projects effectively with minimal support

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to transform them into useful information

  • Research, assess, and explore data for quality and accuracy

  • Prepare and maintain reports from single or multiple data sources as requested and based on business needs

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the organization's data and practices to provide valuable recommendations, continuously sharpen skills, and positively impact organizational success

  • Analyze data trends and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders in a clear and relatable manner

  • Continuously improve data collection processes, adapting to changing needs and prioritizing accordingly

  • Function in accordance with Operational Guidelines and professional code of ethics

  • Participate in staff development activities, meetings, and self-evaluation processes as required

  • Assist with data collection, program evaluation, grant applications, contract maintenance, and other special functions as assigned

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years applicable experience in Revenue Cycle operations in data management and call metric analysis

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Crystal or similar business analytic programs

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform tasks independently or with minimal support, and to problem-solve basic to complicated issues

  • Excellent technical writing skills in relevant areas, including queries, reports, visualizations, and dashboards

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to follow directions and accept supervision

  • Clear and direct communication skills about technical subjects, as well as presentation skills

  • Moderate understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to turn both into useful information

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and documents

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations

  • Ability to identify data patterns and inconsistencies

  • Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

  • Ability to work in a highly independent, fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with all organizational levels to gather requirements and provide status updates
