Job Description: We are seeking motivated and reliable contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general contracting, with a focus on demolition work. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and site preparation tasks as directed
• Operate machinery and tools in a safe and effective manner
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in demolition or general contracting is preferred BUT not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
