Job Description:

Job Title: MHAT Grant Project DirectorLocation: Springfield, MODepartment: Clinical Training and SupervisionEmployment Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Job Summary:

The MHAT Grant Project Director oversees project management of federal grants. The Project Director will supervise the successful implementation and execution of grant required activities, goals and objectives, reporting, and collaboration with Brightli Training and Education department and the community to further Brightli’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the MHAT grant.

  • Facilitate community trainings on specific mental health awareness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Brightli Grant Team on grant requirements, reporting, deadlines, and sustainability.

  • Collaborate with the Brightli Project Management office as needed in support of system wide initiatives.

  • Oversee grant technical performance and submitting timely, accurate report

  • Oversee service delivery, community partnerships, financial and fiscal matters concerning grant funding.

  • Develop and utilize partnerships to maintain a network of resources, partners and services to address the needs of those served by the grant.

  • Organize and facilitate grant required training activities with current Brightli departments.

  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement staff as necessary to maximize the impact and sustainability of grant evaluation methods, data, and results.

  • Manage the grant budget and finances in ordinance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Supervise the evaluation of the grant, including data collection

  • Will perform data collection interviews, data entry, and data management duties in place of grant evaluation staff, as necessary.

  • Performs related duties as required.

Experience and/or Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Behavioral/Health Sciences, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Business.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health care related field.

  • Experience in public speaking/ training large groups of people

  • Certification or experience in quality and project management tools and methods, including Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or other techniques. Knowledge of CARF standards is also preferred.
