As the Supervisor of Centralized Scheduling, you'll oversee a talented team responsible for accurate timecard management, coaching, and evaluations. Your expertise will drive initiatives that streamline workflows and propel us toward innovative, cost-effective solutions. With your exceptional communication skills, you'll effectively represent our department, fostering strong relationships with staff, leadership, and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the professional and technical operations of the Centralized Scheduling team

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines when working with customers and coworkers

  • Manage timecard accuracy, conduct coaching, and perform evaluations for team members

  • Foster professional growth and development opportunities for the team and self

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at continual process improvements

  • Represent Centralized Scheduling professionally, collaboratively, and innovatively in discussions and meetings

  • Provide documented feedback and communication regarding process changes, programs, staff development, coaching opportunities, and workflow concerns

  • Conduct coworker observations as needed

  • Ensure effective supervision, engagement, and leadership availability for staff support

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience (preferred)

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to follow directions, offer direction, or provide coaching

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Ability to establish effective relationships with staff, leadership, and clients via telephone and personal contacts

This is an office setting position. The employee must be able to perform duties both in the office or while working remotely, under all weather conditions.
