Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brakes and stamping presses
• Follow documented quality systems and processes
• Read and understand work instructions for each work order
• Transport materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment
• Contribute to maximizing production efficiency and product quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of press operation experience, particularly with press brakes and stamping presses
• Solid understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic mathematics
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with overhead crane and forklift operation
