Machine Operator $18 p/h 1st Shift 

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our metal cutting and fabrication team. This position plays a crucial role in producing high-quality metal products to meet customer specifications. 

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking machines
• Cut and shape metal materials according to precise specifications
• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all operations
• Convert measurements between decimals and fractions
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating metal cutting and fabrication machinery
• Strong math skills for measurement conversions
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
