Machine Operator 1st Shift: 7:15am-4pm $15 p/h 

A leading local manufacturer in Springfield is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for the 1st shift. Join our team and operate a variety of machines in a laid-back, team-oriented environment. 

Position Responsibilities: - Operate manual mills, drill presses, and cut-off saws - Perform other light machining and assembly work as needed - Follow machine instructions and protocols for safe operation - Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator - Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications - Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally - High school diploma or equivalent
