PeaceHealth LPN Clinic Remote in Springfield, Oregon

PeaceHealth is seeking a LPN Clinic Remote for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $26.18 – $39.28. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

* This position will be onsite in Springfield OR for training and urgent matters requiring coverage*

DETAILS OF THE POSITION:

  • Implements and evaluates patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider. Participates in the communication of a patient-specific care plan.

  • Obtains and conveys information to and from patients, pharmacies, and other providers as directed and supervised by a licensed provider. May obtain referral authorizations for treatment as directed by the provider.

  • Documents patient care in the health record according to organizational standards.

  • Delegates, prioritizes, requests and accepts guidance and assistance from others to assure delivery of care in a safe and timely manner.

  • Ensures own professional effectiveness through continued education and professional development.

  • Attends virtual meetings as required.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Accredited State Board of Nursing LPN Program required.

  • Minimum of 1 year Preferred: Clinical experience as an LPN.

  • Required: EMR experience.

  • Preferred: EPIC experience.

  • Required: Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient's needs.

  • Required Upon Hire: Licensed Practical Nurse - Oregon.

  • Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support.

  • Ability to work from home in a secure environment free of distractions with appropriate high speed connectivity. (Required)

  • Demonstrated ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships and patient/family centered work environment. (Required)

  • Basic computer skills including MS Office applications. (Required)

  • Effective prioritization skills. (Required)

  • Ability to work in an independent and remote environment. (Required)

  • Knowledge of Medicare, JCAHO & HCFA regulations pertaining to ambulatory care. (Required)

  • Professional and patient-centered phone etiquette. (Required)
