Leidos Project Coordinator in Springfield, Virginia

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Skills with database input for cataloging

  • Implement delivery project plans (timeline, scope of work)

  • Ensure high quality delivery process and execution

  • Effectively document progress in workflow system through data entry, reporting, and basic analysis

  • Identify basic risks and work collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies

  • Conduct basic analysis for cataloging objects

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)

  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication across team to management, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience

  • Consistent delivery of streamlines, fast-track, and project-based work

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Preferred:

  • Experience with educational projects

  • Experience with multi-media/multi-function projects

  • Experience with museum artifacts

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
