ABOUT THE JOB Your Responsibilities: Clinical Vision: Bring a visionary approach to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence. Passion for Residents: Demonstrate a deep commitment to the well-being of post-acute rehab residents. Efficient Operations: Lead and optimize the Rehab Department for effective and streamlined operations. Patient Services: Oversee direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality care to residents. Data Management: Track and analyze data to enhance patient outcomes and department effectiveness. Admissions Monitoring: Manage and monitor resident admissions for optimal resource allocation. Treatment Schedules: Ensure efficient scheduling of treatments, maximizing resident benefit. Clinical Supervision: Provide expert clinical supervision to a dedicated therapy team. Qualifications Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program or an Associate of Arts degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. Current state licensure. Preferred Qualifications: One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role.
