Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter systems, strong leadership skills, and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of gutter installers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to company standards.
- Installation: Perform gutter installations, repairs, and replacements on residential and commercial properties, including downspouts, fascia, and soffits.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure all installations meet safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training: Mentor and train new and existing team members in proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Equipment Management: Assure maintenance and proper use of tools and equipment required for gutter installation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets, material usage, and project progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in gutter installation, with a proven track record in a lead or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of gutter systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
