The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support geospatial software applications.

• Automate, review, and labeling of overhead imagery.

• Help develop and employ machine learning algorithms.

• Work with natural language processing models and principles on very large data sets.

• Mentor teammates in applying data algorithms.

• Report findings to client.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in the Mathematics, the Physical Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 4-6 years of related experience or a Master of Science degree with 2-4 years of experience.

• Proficiency with machine learning programs.

• Familiar with natural language processing models and associated principles.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operationalizing artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• Experience in software development, including Agile process model.

• Experience in data visualization/dashboard tool, and presenting data through reports.

• Experience with data lakes and unstructured data.

• Experience with designing and implementing machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in an academic or professional environment.
