The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and deliver original, unique, small- to mid-level immersive small-group training scenarios.

• Maintain an updated library of exercises and design reusable content that can be used in a variety of different exercises and training scenarios.

• Train managers on capabilities, functions, and how to use relevant exercise platform components for exercise and training events.

• Develop exercise preparation materials and supporting information, which may include: planning, execution, and assessment of a wide variety of exercise-related tasks including exercise support plans, computer/web-based training content, controller/evaluator plans, and exercise and program briefings.

• Identify training opportunities/needs, develop training concepts, and seek Government subject matter expert (SME) concurrence to jointly pursue the desired course of training.

• Coordinate requirements gathering with SMEs to arrange and prepare exercises.

• Research/draft/script exercise support content, e.g., newscast, orders, and messages. Design position specific injects and timing to obtain SMEs' training objectives.

• Work as a member of a small multifunctional team.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and administer accounts on the exercise delivery platform.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 2-4 years of experience.

• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, basic computer and network proficiency, and web application proficiency
