How you will make an impact

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

• Analyze and summarize legal documents Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid understanding of workers compensation law

• Proven knowledge of Negotiating Settlements

• Deep understanding of Injured Workers

• Workers compensation experience required

• Well-founded grasp of legal research

• Foundational knowledge in administrative law

• Experience with Attend Hearings

• General familiarity with Licensed Attorney

• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Excellent academic credentials and references

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
