Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Case Management Specialist to join our team! In this role you will manage assignments, tracking, reporting and prioritization cases.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor all case progress to ensure cases are completed within Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) mandates.

  • Ensure no errors are detected and that all case data entry is current and accurate in the PeopleSoft Investigations and Adjudication Modules.

  • Monitor and assign priorities to cases as specified by the Government (specific work roles, student hires, etc.).

  • Provide written weekly status reports on mandated timelines.

  • Accurately create the DNI Quarterly Metrics reports and deliver for review on mandated timelines prior to the external suspense.

  • Coordinate and accurately create the Monthly Suspension Report and deliver on mandated timelines prior to expected senior leadership delivery date.

  • Prepare the SISP monthly metrics slides with all required information and without error and deliver to C/SISP by the seventh working day of the month.

  • Elevate to the C/SISP issues and proposed solutions to bottlenecks precluding achievement of metrics.

  • Maintain all tracking reports, suspension reports, and status reports in shared files, with the latest revision in the external folder, and historical records maintained in an archive folder.

  • Inspect and document that all folders are clearly marked and easily searchable; using the document mapping criteria provided by the Investigations and Adjudications Branch Chiefs.

  • Clear and concise writing skills and positive, engaging communication skills.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
