Job Title: Coordinator - HR ServicesJob Description

This is an 18-month contract role for a Coordinator - HR Services. We are seeking local candidates in the St. Louis, MO area who are willing to work on-site from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to various HR functional areas such as data entry, personnel records, and training. You will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality, process a range of applications, maintain and distribute current employee information, policy, and procedure manuals. Additionally, you will interface routinely with various internal teams and foster a learning environment by sharing and documenting information.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform

  • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions

  • Experience in Human Resources

  • Experience in customer service

Soft Skills

  • Learning agility

  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written

  • Attention to detail

  • Collaborative, works well in a team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/responsibilities with accuracy

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 18 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in St. Louis, Missouri and some days remote.

Work Environment

This is a local role based in St. Louis, MO with the expectation to work on-site from Monday to Thursday and from home on Fridays. The role involves working in a team environment, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and meeting departmental targets.
