We’re looking for a reliable Corporate Sales Service Coordinator to work closely with branch personnel to coordinate the administrative aspects of Design and Engineering Group and Mold projects.

Your role here

From Day 1, you will be the subject matter expert on mold builds and historical mold information, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners across various departments. Some of the responsibilities include processing design requests and mold evaluation forms, and ensuring accuracy and completeness before project advancement. You will also oversee the entire mold build process, from purchase order issuance to vendor coordination and payment. You will be able to manage quality assurance processes, handle mold transfers, and assist with various administrative tasks for Design and Engineering. #LI-Hybrid

Your experience and background

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Experience with ERP, BI, and Microsoft Products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1-3 or more years of experience in sales or the equivalent combination
