I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?

• Achieve an understanding of ICL’s global end to end supply chain, including import & export activities

• Learn the processes for all domestic modes of transportation to support day to day operations

• Become proficient at using Mercurygate TMS platform and other logistics systems

• Gain familiarity with all steps of procure to pay processes to support vendor selection and management

• Attain full visibility into supply chain network optimization and integration across all functions of ICL

• Leverage existing KPIs to drive performance throughout the Supply Chain and lead new KPI development

• Identify current manual routines with opportunity for process streamlining either through automation or technology driven solutions

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

• Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related degree

• Completed sophomore year in college

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of organization

• Able to set priorities, manage multiple processes with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel and other data manipulation and analysis tools

• Able to relocate to St. Louis area
