We are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager that will partner with other Wealth employees to develop and retain high net worth clients. Serves as the portfolio manager to create client specific investment policy objectives and asset allocation goals. Facilitates the investment and maintenance of Old National Trust & Asset Management strategies within client portfolios. Key Accountabilities Management of investment portfolios: Provide ongoing oversight of assigned Old National Trust & Asset Management accounts. Recommend and implement changes to the holdings and asset allocation to maintain compliance with strategies and policies. Transition non-compliant portfolios to approved strategies. Manage account liquidity to provide for ongoing cash demands and distributions. Perform annual Reg. 9 Investment Reviews for assigned accounts and ensure full compliance with regulations. Relationship management and development: Partners with Wealth associates in client presentations, review of portfolio structure and investment performance reporting. Serves as the relationship expert Trust and Asset Management's investment capabilities, economics, and market environment. Prepares and presents detailed investment information to clients. Assists Trust and Asset Management associates with business development efforts. Team participation: May provide leadership through interaction and mentoring of other investment associates. Participate in weekly Portfolio Manager meetings. Work individually or with a team on assigned projects. Key Competencies for Position Technical Knowledge - Demonstrate mastery of the software utilized by ONTAM's investment department. (IE: FIS, Charles River, Morningstar, First Rate, and Microsoft Office.) Critical Thinking and Decision Making - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current economic and financial market conditions. Influencing Others - Maintain in-depth knowledge of ONTAM Strategies and the ability to present and explain the use of appropriate strategy to clients and team members. Communicating with Impact - Special projects and presentations as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree - Business, finance, economics. or relevant degree. CFA or other advanced certification desired for more senior levels. Years of experience commensurate with position level. (Level I, 0-3; Level II, 3-7; Level III, 5-10+) Ability to multitask, work with little supervision, and effective time management. Strong presentation and organizational skills.
