Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. This role is placed within the service industry, where the selected individual will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Handle communication with clients and vendors regularly • Conduct account analysis for each client • Ensure prompt follow-up on collections • Manage client-specific payment terms • Consolidate vendor invoices for client billing • Process invoices received electronically and manually entered • Contact clients regarding overdue invoices • Identify and resolve open issues related to invoicing and payments. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience working as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar position

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes

• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
