Why M Physicians? The SLP Clinic supports 5 unique neurology and mental health subspecialty programs. All programs provide comprehensive care to patients including clinical and non-clinical support. We see patients who are experiencing first time symptoms as well as those with a longstanding diagnosis who may be struggling to find the best treatment.Our team consists of providers, nurses, social workers, PharmD, and other health care professionals that diagnose and treat patients. Our team of experts provide the latest in clinical care along with education and support to patients and caregivers. What you will do: Establishes measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals for patients Implements nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patient.
