The Urgent Response Manager will lead the clinical operations of our cutting-edge Urgent Response Services department, ensuring delivery of exceptional, on-demand urgent services both virtually and in the home for our COMPLETE population. This role is integral to preventing unnecessary visits to emergency departments and urgent care facilities. The Urgent Response Manager will oversee, and support leads in both the Triage and Urgent Responders departments, fostering seamless collaboration between our teams. Additionally, this position will work closely with our primary care teams to ensure cohesive, integrated care for our members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, outstanding leadership skills, and extensive experience in leading teams. Qualifications: Education RN or NREMT-Paramedic Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in healthcare or related field required, Graduate degree preferred. Experience Minimum of three years of experience working with people in the second half of life. Minimum of three - five years of experience in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Experience teaching, training, and evaluating clinical staff preferred. Experience in customer service/direct client contact field preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strategic planning and financial acumen.
