HealthPartners Therapist, Program Daybridge Partial Inpatient Mental Health in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

Park Nicollet Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced Adult Psychologist/Therapist to join our new Methodist DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program in St. Louis Park. Being part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. This position will collaborate closely with the other mental health professionals within the program and is dedicated to providing mental health assessment and group therapeutic treatment to adult patients participating in our Methodist DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program. Other responsibilities include establishing treatment plans that may include coordination with other professional services, providing consultation and education about behavioral health issues and treatment, participating in program development, and performing other duties as assigned. The DayBridge Program is expanding to our St. Louis Park campus. Successful candidates for this role will be clinicians with an interest in treating high acuity patients as well as a willingness and passion for being a part of a developing program. Qualified candidates must: Have experience assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+). Preferably, two+ years of clinical experience working with the Adult Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) population. Have training in, and experience with, the provision of evidence-based care to adults. Competency in group therapy modalities. Experience working in a partial hospitalization program or IOP and substance use disorders is preferred. Be independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN as a Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) or Masters Level therapist (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC). Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have a strong commitment to ethical practices. Demonstrated skills in collaborative care with other mental health and medical professionals. Willingness to be flexible and spontaneous when called upon to support patients, colleagues and the program's structure.
