Description Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. Our Administrative Assistant becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for overall management of the scheduling of clinical staff and pre-employment tasks under the supervision of the Executive Director and Director of Health Services. This may include public relations, marketing, general administrative duties, and oversight of the building and its programs with a customer service focus. Duties include: Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors, and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Maintaining scheduling program and conducting education on functionality of the program to staff. Ensure the schedule is current, updated, and replacements are assigned as needed. Assist with the tracking of employee attendance, as needed. Updating and distributing tenant roster each month. Assists in developing and maintaining mailing lists for the facility. Managing and maintaining the phone system and the employee phone list. Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Previous training in general office duties and equipment. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
