Sweep and scrub floors. Clean up oil and pain spills. Clean display floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and break areas. Clean garage doors, windows, technician work bays and exterior aprons. Clean warehouse thoroughly. Clean various pieces of equipment. Clean all company vehicles. Clean and organize the tool room. Light maintenance work. Perform safety cabinet audits including checking fire extinguishers. Additional duties as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time. Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, the ability to reach with hands and arms, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to regularly move items weighing 20 lbs. Must be able to operate simple, complex and heavy-duty machinery. Must not have a fear of heights. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Ability to obtain a CDL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to represent the company in a professional manner. Ability to successfully complete a general abilities assessment, pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen. PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: CDL Preferred Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.
