This position is to serve as purchasing card coordinator, to process purchase orders, process payroll, and perform physical inventory to verify division assets.

Minimum Qualifications
Customer service skills sufficient to respond respectfully and effectively to customers in-person, on the phone, and through email and other written correspondence.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Math skills sufficient to calculate, review and reconcile financial data and balance accounts.
Data entry skills sufficient to create database records and update entries in a timely manner.
Word processing skills to develop and modify a variety of correspondence, records and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience working in SWIFT, SEMA4, or other large accounting system.
Knowledge and experience reconciling Bank Statements
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) sufficient to analyze, interpret, and prepare financial information, records, and reports.
Knowledge Using spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to enter, compile, store, and retrieve data.
