We are seeking an Account Coordinator with our St. Paul, Minnesota division.

JOB DUTIES:

The primary purpose of this job is to learn the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account management. This position works closely with the Account Representatives to service current business and acquire new business.

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers.

  • Process quotes in the ERP system and sends to customers.

  • Convert quotes into orders.

  • Identify and source buy-outs with appropriate vendors.

  • Input Laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders.

  • Enter Purchase Orders with vendors.

  • Input Material Return Authorizations if necessary.

  • Follow-up on quotations made to customers.

  • Communicate with Account Managers/Representatives regarding accounts.

  • Attend monthly sales training meetings.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    This position requires a self-motivated, organized individual with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. Some college is required, or a Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business or marketing.
