Position: CSP Global Admissions Counselor Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 370312 # of Openings: 1 CSP Global Admissions Counselor Position Overview: The Admissions Counselor is responsible for administering the admission policies of the university, serving as a contact for students prior to enrollment, assisting in the explanation and implementation of student policies and practices of the university, key contact for enrollment management and course creation and cancelation, marketing the programs of the university in order to achieve annual enrollment goals for the university, and communicating with prospective students and their influencers in an effective way. The position serves as a primary link between the prospective student and the university in all matters related to the enrollment process. In addition, this position will be the key contact for third party recruiting partners, offering them training, explaining policy, and acting as a key liaison between them and the institution. Essential Duties: Communicate effectively with internal and external partners in person, on the phone and in writing to successfully admit new prospects into our programs. Counsel and provide guidance to prospective students seeking information about CSP Global programs Coordinate with the team to ensure superior service to prospects, applicants and enrolled students Accurately collect, maintain, and update data in our CRM and use the database to effectively provide service to our applicants and partners. Create and run reports and queries without supervision and analyze results. Review admissions applications and prepare them for committee when necessary. Maintain exceptional understanding and mastery of the numerous application processes and policies.
